You'll have access to a database of prepared materials and lessons; you'll work with tools that keep students engaged, eager to participate, and make their learning effective.

Support all the way
During your initial weeks, you'll be assigned a buddy, a person who will support you, guide you through the first steps, and answer all your questions. Later, you'll have a course supervisor to assist in planning and managing your students if needed.

Stable income
We understand that being a tutor often means an unpredictable and variable income. In response to this, we ensure a minimum payment for all planned lessons, regardless of whether they take place or not. For example, if your student has 8 planned lessons in a month, you'll be paid for at least 4 hours, no matter how many are conducted.

Skill development
We offer internal training to enhance your educational skills and are open to funding necessary courses outside our organization. Just let us know what you'd like to specialize in, and we'll plan how to incorporate it into our schedule and budget.

Parallel career path development (only if you're interested)
Our departments expand as we grow. So, if you see an area where you'd like to develop (Social Media, course supervising, course designing, or anything else you find essential/useful for the company), we'll plan your development path in that field together.

Menstrual leave
Due to the nature of our work (we earn when conducting sessions), all off days - not just those due to menstruation - are at your discretion. It's important that sessions with students are appropriately planned (so students complete the required number of sessions, and in case of planned absence, sessions can be rescheduled or assigned to other tutors). However, if the absence is unplanned (as can happen with painful periods), a simple emoji notification will suffice to internally arrange a substitute for the session, allowing you to rest comfortably.
